Hi there, I’m Richard McGrath, the founder of All Chat Solutions.

In 2017, I was working as a freelance marketing consultant, offering digital marketing services to small and medium sized businesses. I started hearing about Facebook Messenger chatbots, which were new at the time.
It didn’t take long for me to jump on this new marketing opportunity and soon I started building chatbots and using Messenger marketing in my own business and for clients.
I quickly saw the power of chatbots and the Facebook Messenger platform. In early 2018, I started All Chat Solutions, one of Australia’s first specialist Messenger marketing agencies.
Since starting All Chat Solutions, I have worked with businesses throughout Australia, the United States, UK and Europe.
I have written extensively on marketing topics, including marketing psychology, chatbots and Facebook advertising. My writing has been featured in highly read online publications including Chatbots Magazine and Marketing and Growth Hacking.
My work has even attracted attention from some of the world’s top marketing influencers, including Neil Patel and JT Foxx – the world’s number one wealth coach. As well as businesses owners throughout the world.
I love working with businesses who are seeking innovative ways to grow their business. As you can probably guess, I think there’s a lot of value in Facebook Messenger chatbots. With over 1.3 billion users on the Messenger platform, it’s an opportunity I encourage my clients to take advantage of.
But it’s not the only exciting opportunity in marketing right now. Voice assistants are on the rise and I think smart businesses will be capitalizing on this trend in the next 2-3 years. I just recently built my first Amazon Alexa skill and in 2020, I will be working with businesses who want to make Alexa and Google Assistant part of their marketing strategy.

Personal
I was born and grew up in Adelaide, South Australia. In 2019, I moved from Adelaide to the Gold Coast in Queensland.
I have a Bachelor of Business degree, with a major in Marketing from Flinders University in South Australia.
When I’m not working, I love exercising, sports, travelling and reading. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to 20+ countries throughout Asia, Europe, North America and the Pacific.
My big passion outside marketing is health and fitness. Regular exercise and a good diet keeps me feeling good and keeps my mind sharp. I previously worked as a fitness coach for over three years and trained hundreds of clients of all ages.
In the past 12 months, I’ve become particularly interested in the effect of diet and exercise on cognitive performance. By exercising regularly and eating the right foods, you can greatly improve your focus, motivation, productivity and creativity. I think this is something any business owner or entrepreneur should spend some time researching because it can give you a big competitive advantage.
